Tim Stemwedel, President

Tim is a California native and alumnus of California State Polytechnic University in Pomona with a Bachelor of Science degree in entomology. He received his MS in Ag Business from California State University, Fresno. Tim learned Portuguese during his years as a Peace Corp volunteer, and later became fluent in Spanish as he consulted on soil and plant fertility throughout Central and South America.
Tim worked as a Pest Control Advisor at the start of his career, but found his calling when he began focusing on plant nutrition. Tim is an International Certified Crop Advisor and an expert in organic production.
Tim is a founding member of the Organic Fertilizer Association of California and serves as its Treasurer. In addition, he serves on the board for the CAFES Center for Sustainability at Cal Poly San Luis Obisbo.
